My family has been a huge part of my success. But also my WEIGHT WATCHER gals are my rock! My leader Julie is well..........she feels bigger than life to me but she is really down to earth, human.....has been there done that.... she is a great speaker~ she knows just what...& HOW to say her choice of words!!~~~ as we all in class fight this fight together, she fights with us!

Banana Muffins
12 Servings~~1 Weight Watchers points each
Ingredients:
1.3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
2.3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3.1/4 cup brown sugar
4.1/2 cup Splenda
5.1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
6.1/2 teaspoon baking soda
7.1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
8.1/2 cup Eggbeaters
9.1 cup banana, mashed
10.1/4 cup applesauce
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cupcake liners in 12 muffin slots.
2.In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Add egg whites, bananas and applesauce; stir just until combined. Equally divide batter into 12 muffins.
3.Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of muffins comes out clean. Turn out onto wire rack and allow to cool before slicing
