strength........



The quality or state of being strong; ability to do or to bear; capacity for exertion or endurance, whether physical, intellectual, or moral; force; vigor; power; as, strength of body or of the arm; strength of mind, of memory, or of judgment.

~~What does this mean to you physical,emotional, all of the above!!It does to me.~
This week has been very tough for many of my dear friends. I heard it all around me today in class. We can & will survive this little bump in the road. Keep you head up & in the game. It is that simple. Your mind is more important than you think. If you think your strong~you will be!!! Surrender to just maintain is ok. We all have a lot "coming up." Just don't "give up". Let me tell ya! WE CAN BE STRONG~~~~ITS ALL BETWEEN THE EARS!!! Love to you all.









Chocolate Bran Muffins recipe



3 cups of All Bran
2 and a half cups of warm water
1 box of Betty Crocker low fat brownie mix
1 and a half teaspoons of baking powder

Directions
Mix the water and the All Bran together and let it sit for about five minutes.
Add the Betty Crocker low fat brownie mix, and baking soda
Mix, mix, mix

Spray mini loaf or cupcake tins with some Pam and bake in the oven
Bake at 350 degrees for 15~20 minutes and then let cool

Recipe will make

24 Weight Watchers 1 point muffins

or 8 Weight Watchers 3 point mini loaves.
