This week its all about me......


Wow for those of us that are not selfish, that is NOT easy. Our W.W. leader this week wanted us to have this mind set this week. This has been a real challenge for me . I have had a lot going on....I know excuses...excuses.. But really~~ It is hard to think of me. It really is.

Set your mind to something, commit to it for a month, see how you feel if you truly commit to this goal~ Then a month from now~ Thanksgiving.....hopefully you will feel better~if not great!!!


I WILL BE CHECKING!!!!!! :)

One great idea~~~ measure yourself~track your exercise, in one month take measurements again . Look at your weight loss!!!

I understand your not a machine...for Gods sake it is the friggen Holidays~~~BUT lets see how good we can do! If you do great at exercise, switch it up, try something new! YOU WILL SEE RESULTS!!!!









Weight Watchers Turkey Burgers
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients3/4 lb ground turkey
1/3 cup Monterey Jack cheese
2 scallions or green onions,
chopped1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce1/
4 teaspoon garlic powder1/
4 teaspoon pepper
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the cheese).
2. Blend in the cheese.
3. Form into 4 patties.
4. Spray a frying pan with cooking spray.
5. Cook the patties until done.
6. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and tomatoes.
WW POINTS per serving: 4
Nutritional information per serving: 171 calories, 9.9g fat, 0.3g fiber
